I haven’t received my order

Unless we are out of stock (which almost never happens) your order will be packed and shipped on the day we receive it – that’s Monday to Friday.

We ship most orders with Australia Post’s Express Post service which is next day to capital cities, or with Couriers Please.

When we ship it, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We keep an eye on the courier site and when we see that it’s been delivered, we send another email to tell you that we think you have it.

If you get that second email, but you don’t have the delivery, here are some things to try.

1. Check the office

The number one reason why you don’t have your parcel when the courier says you do, is that someone else signed for it and put it aside. We get this at least once a week. So, first of all, check with reception, the warehouse, the boss’s secretary, or whoever might have your parcel and see if you can track it down.

Express Post does not collect signatures, but Couriers Please do, and you can see who signed for the package.

3. Call us

As part of our quality control, we photograph every parcel we send. This way, we can double check the address and the tracking number on your parcel and see if there are any discrepancies.
