Installation Instructions
1. Click on the “Download Now” button to download the software to your computer.
2. Locate the saved file on your computer and run it by double-clicking it. (Note: It may require administrator access on your computer for this step. If you don’t have such access, you’ll need to involve your IT department.
3. The software will install and create a new icon on your desktop for easy access.
4. We recommend uninstalling any previous versions of the software before installing the new one.
Importantly, your data files will not be affected during the installation process. If you encounter any difficulties during the installation, don’t hesitate to contact us at 1300 08 20 20 for assistance. We’re here to help!

FOR USB DEVICES, INTERFACES & CRADLES
Download the latest drivers below. Last Updated: Jan 2021
USB_Interface_Cradle_Driver.exe 1.14 – For Windows 7 or higher.
USB_Interface_Cradle_Driver.exe 1.13 – For Windows XP and Vista.
USB32_2.12.24.msi – 32-Bit Drivers for USB Interface cradles if Windows is unable to detect your USB Interface cradle.
USB64_2.12.24.msi – 64-Bit Drivers for USB Interface cradles if Windows is unable to detect your USB Interface cradle.
Mac User?
You probably won’t be surprised to learn that Logtag Analyzer isn’t compatible with Mac OS. There are some options:
- Run a PC emulator on the Mac and run Logtag Analyzer on it.
- Buy a PC and run Logtag Analyzer on it.
- LogUSB will display the results as a PDF on a Mac. You will still need a PC to configure it in the first place, but you can see the results on a Mac
