Replacing a Medisafe refrigerator LogTag

The LogTag that came with your Medisafe vaccine refrigerator has a battery that should last between two and three years. After that, the LogTag will need to be replaced. It does not have a replaceable battery.

We have two models that are suitable replacements – a standard model that is exactly the same as your current one, and a premium model that has a display, audible alarm and replaceable battery.
