LogTag Analyzer versions prior to 1.5 can not save any annotations directly to a file. This is a result of FDA Chapter 21 CRF Part 11 which prohibits a change to the *.ltd file data once downloaded from the LogTag. From version 1.5 onwards annotations are stored in a separate annotation file from the rest of the LogTag data, which satisfies the FDA requirements. This file allows annotations and Graph titles to be stored and retrieved for viewing later.
